Hello
I am an artist and photographer from Germany who has spent the last decade navigating the UK's inland waterways aboard my narrowboat. I am interested in place and how humans experience their surroundings, both in urban and in rural environments. I have recently worked on projects about accessibility, the River Lea as a place of home and connection, and nature as an anchor point for finding identity. I enjoy working with alternative and plant-based photographic processes, allowing me to develop film and print algae anthotypes on my boat. In summer 2024, I completed the MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography (Distinction) at the University of the Arts London.
